Signal Fire Party ("we", "our", or "the app") is a same-room party game built around hosting and joining nearby local sessions. This policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your rights.
Bluetooth. Signal Fire Party uses Bluetooth to discover nearby players, show host sessions in the local lobby, and maintain local multiplayer play between devices in the same room. Bluetooth data is used only for local gameplay and is not uploaded to our servers.
Location. On iOS, location permission may be required by the operating system for nearby Bluetooth discovery. Signal Fire Party does not collect, store, or track your physical location. Location data is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
Signal Fire Party does not require account registration. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information through the app. The core host, join, lobby, and round flow is designed for nearby offline play, and no player data is sent to external servers for that experience.
App data, settings, and session recovery information are stored locally on your device. This local data is used only to support gameplay, restore interrupted sessions, and keep the local party flow working on your device.
The app does not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app is intended for local party play and does not require accounts, the amount of personal data involved is minimal.
Because app data is stored locally on your device, you can remove that data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
